Best of Anime 2013

First time poster here.

I've been to many anime conventions. Some were small events, some were huge, hyped events, especially when THAT cosplay celeb is going to appear. It has even gone to the point that I see the same shops all over again.

However, this con at SMX was a completely different beast, since it was a chance for the admins to meet each other, and for me, to meet them as well for the first time.

Out of habit, I always go to cons as early as possible.

Surprisingly, no long lines.

Almost always, going early pays off a lot.

Nepneps gonna nepnep.

Nice staff. Bought the artbook anyway.

Meeting the Admins!

After lunch and waiting for a few hours, we met two other Admins:

Lyx.

Angelo.

And of course, the unexpected guest:

Pierrot.

The five of us did almost everything: Angelo playing osu, taking pictures of cosplayers, having an amateur artist draw a Nasod Empress, and the highlight of the night:

Starmarie.

Taken with an extendable human tripod.

And nothing is more memorable than a group pic:

Con-goers also went to the semi-related event downstairs: the International Book Fair.

Overall, it was a 10/10 event. Hope we can meet them again, and hope that other admins from the faraway places join in the fun as well!
